This artifact has the ability that melee attacks on “lesser” minions of Darkness (those with red health bars) have a chance to bring them to your side for a certain time. They will then fight for you.
Although this artifact sounds really exciting, it’s not actually very useful in practice. The enemies on your side rarely deal much damage, but certainly too little to declare this artifact as a “must have”.
Therefore, the verdict: Definitely something to try out, as it is a cool experience in the game, but Timur’s Memorandum is definitely not essential.
