In Destiny, the Iron Banner runs in May 2017! You can acquire these weapon rolls and this gear from Lord Efrideet.
In this week, from May 9 to May 16, a special Iron Banner takes place: Hexenkessel Conflict is the game mode. This means for the Guardians that they can save some of their ammo, as their light serves as their “main weapon”. You can activate one super after another, throw heaps of grenades, and on top of that, heavy ammo spawns more frequently.

The Clever Dragon was once an outstanding weapon in PvP, until it was heavily nerfed in February 2017. Now “The Nerfed Dragon” is no longer a top-tier weapon, and this perk combination is just mediocre. The once feared effect of large caliber rounds was also reduced for pulse rifles.
