Techeun Wrath is a special legendary fusion rifle: It has very low damage, but the startup time is not particularly good either. Basically, this weapon does not convince with any values: If you still want to give this weapon, which deals Solar, Ark, or Void damage, a chance, watch out for the following perks.
The perks in the first selection can hardly enhance Techeun Wrath. You can look for Hidden Hand (improved target acquisition) or Hip Fire, which gives the weapon additional precision when firing from the hip. This is often quite useful for fusion rifles.
Additionally, look for Reinforced Frame, which increases stability but reduces magazine size. However, it is truly difficult to make Techeun Wrath a viable weapon.
This very questionable fusion rifle archetype is a mystery in its own right. It is not clear in which situations it can shine. For infusing into another weapon, however, it is certainly sufficient.
