Fabian Strategy – Auto rifle for Titans
The exotic auto rifle Fabian Strategy is named after a tactic from ancient Rome. It avoids a decisive battle and instead relies on ambushes, frustrating the opponent. Today, one could describe it as a kind of “guerrilla tactic” or “hit-and-run”.
You can only get the Fabian Strategy as a Titan. You need to achieve reputation rank 3 with weapons master Banshee, then the quest begins. You have to make 100 kills with an auto rifle while primary telemetry is active. It also works if your class item increases experience gain with auto rifles.
Once the 100 enemies are down (best to massacre Thrall), Banshee will ask you to obtain 10 weapon parts from rare or legendary auto rifles. A rare one gives you two, a legendary one even five parts. This can go very quickly.

How good is the Fabian Strategy in Destiny?
Currently, there is an issue with the Fabian Strategy. The exotic perk is buggy and does not work at all. It is supposed to increase the fire rate when standing closer to enemies, but that doesn’t work.
Without the exotic perk, the Fabian Strategy is at most mediocre.
