Ghost Grimoire Cards
Throughout the game world, there are hidden dead ghosts that you can resurrect for a varying number of Grimoire points. It would be too extensive to list them all here. On the website http://destinyghosthunter.net, you can always check for your profile which ghosts you have found and which ones you are still missing. You can conveniently find any missing ghosts in your collection with video guides on the site.
Calcified Fragments
The calcified fragments scattered throughout the Hive ship give Grimoire points once you pick them up. On the website http://destinycalcifiedfragments.com, you will find an overview of all fragments including locations. Very practical.
Eliminate High-Value Targets
For these Grimoire points, you need to eliminate 250 high-value targets. It is a tedious task, but at least it will earn you reputation with your faction and 500 Glimmer each. Keep in mind that the targets are at level 40. Even if a patrol on Earth starts at level 4, you need to be careful not to be too low-leveled. To complete this task as quickly as possible, assemble a fireteam of three players and start a patrol on Earth. Now divide yourselves as follows:
- Player 1 covers the Rift and the Rocket Base
- Player 2 takes on the Broken Shore and the Forgotten Shore
- Player 3 goes to the Skywatch
The player who has a patrol in their area where a high-value target must be eliminated (indicated by a star in a white square in a circle) completes this. Now another player should have a corresponding symbol in their area. Continue playing through this until no symbol appears anymore. Go into orbit and repeat the process.
Public Events
In year 1, this task was tedious and involved a lot of waiting. Thanks to The Taken King, this task is now a breeze. You need to complete a total of 250 public events. Simply go to the Hive Ship and use runes at the Court of Oryx. Each successfully completed round increases the counter for public events by 1.
Wins in Destiny’s Crucible
Attention masochists. For the following Grimoire points, you need 100 wins in the following playlists:
- Control
- Conflict
- Clash
- Salvage
- Double and
- Rumble
This means you need to have 100 wins in each playlist. The flagship discipline here will be for most Rumble matches. Have fun at this point!
