In Destiny, someone has now defeated the raid boss Crota using the drum set from Rock Band.
Bad enough that every Christmas novice can now run around the Tower with a Crota mask and dance the Carlton in front of Eris – the humiliation of Oryx’s son knows no bounds: He has now been drummed to death in Destiny.
It had been a running gag in the Destiny community for months. After the raid boss Crota was defeated solo by a player, gamers started imposing “handicaps” on themselves. Defeating Crota only with “No Land Beyond” was still the most normal thing. Later, it escalated to “Crota in the shower” or “Crota backwards.”
Some then asked: When is someone finally going to take down Crota with the drum set from Rock Band! And that has now been done. The moment has come. Crota has been drummed to death.
