Today, on October 25th, the Festival of the Lost 2016 begins in Destiny. When does it start exactly and what is changing?
Starting today, candles will be lit, lanterns will be hung, and death will be laughed in the face! Because the Festival of the Lost returns. This Halloween event runs from October 25th to November 8th in the Destiny universe.
According to Bungie, the specific start time is 11 AM. The festival starts simultaneously with the Weekly Reset, which we will still report on today.

Bungie set up a dedicated page for the two-week event on the Bungie website, where you can find some information:
- “Trick or Treat” is back, and Tyra Karn wants to ask you for a favor.
- Not only in the Tower, but also in the Reef and the Iron Temple, the festival is celebrated.
- All Crucible matches will take place at night.
In addition, there are numerous items, masks, and consumables to collect. We have already introduced these in the provided link. You can collect old and new masks by completing quests and opening Lost Treasures.
Additionally, Bungie has a small surprise for all craft lovers among you: You can download a craft template for a SIVA node for free. You will be redirected to a PDF file that you can print out, and the crafting fun can begin. Bungie states that you need to bring your own paper, glue, and a little folding skill – because they can’t do everything for you.
