In the MMO shooter Destiny, the “Patch Notes” for the Festival of the Lost are known.
One cannot necessarily speak of “Patch Notes”, as no patch needs to be downloaded. You simply log into Destiny and are greeted directly by a banner that informs you that the Festival of the Lost has now begun.
Bungie has now also released the “Festival of the Lost” patch notes, which include a few, previously unknown, new features. We summarize everything in English.
Cosmetic Halloween Items in the Crucible
For the Festival of the Lost, there are three contacts: Tess Everis, who sells you Halloween stuff for real money, Eva Levante in the Tower, and Tyra Karn in the Iron Temple. Both have quests for you:
- With Eva Levante, you should first collect candies to earn paper masks.
- Tyra Karn has her sights set on Lord Saladin. The first task is to surprise him with a Saladin mask.
Additionally, there is a hint that the Trials of Osiris will become scarier. What exactly that entails is still unknown. We will know by Friday at the latest.
The following sources may contain cosmetic “Festival of the Lost” items:
- Trials of Osiris
- Crucible Matches
- Strike Treasures

More Patch Notes:
- The three meeting points Tower, Reef, and Iron Temple have been festively decorated. Candles are everywhere. Additionally, festive music is played.
- Treasures of the Lost are now available.
- When the Festival of the Lost is over, the ornaments for Bad Karma will be found in Radiant Treasures.
- The emotes from 2015 (Monster Dance, Zombie Dance, and Boo) are available again in the Eververse for the Festival of the Lost.
- Two additional emotes are also available: “Fear and Terror” and “Howling”.
- During the festival, Eva Levante does not sell any tokens, but special Halloween items. After the festival, her regular inventory will return.
