Next week, there won’t be an Iron Banner in February for Destiny.
This week at Bungie discusses some things that have caused a stir in recent days.
First, it’s about the Update 2.5.0.2. Bungie has taken a close look at the community’s feedback. Some players love the changes, others find some things about this update good and criticize others, while some hate everything.
Bungie respects everyone’s opinions. And so that everyone can reach the developers directly, a thread in the Bungie forum has been set up where you can share your thoughts on the update.
What’s next?
We already know that the next content update will be released in spring. And Bungie says that “spring will be in the air in a few weeks.” In the near future, they will be attending events, such as the Emerald City Comic Con in early March and PAX East in mid-March.
However, they have already announced that there will definitely be no revelations there. They just want to chat with the community. In other words, it will likely take a while before there is any information about the spring update.

- This week, Bungie noticed an exploit that allows players to have infinite Supers. This glitch is related to the Sparrows, which is why the PvP mode Combined Arms has been removed as the featured Crucible mode this week. Until this exploit is fixed, Combined Arms will only be available in private matches.
- Many Guardians speculated that the Iron Banner would start next week in February. However, there was no announcement about it this week. Nevertheless, the Community Manager Cozmo stated that there would be news about the Iron Banner next week. It is expected to start on February 28.
