A noteworthy fan trailer has been released for Destiny, cutting promotional material this time with current gameplay from Crota’s End.
There is something about the world of Destiny that inspires such excellent fan art. Whether people stand and pull one of the iconic weapons from the 3D printer or recreate it from Lego, whether one of the biggest comic stars online engages with the backstory of the Traveler, or someone comes up with the crazy idea to fire exotic weapons in such a way that a cool sound is produced: it is always truly remarkable what Destiny’s story and aesthetics provoke in the minds of creatives.
We have already featured several fan trailers: some were hilarious (like the 8-pixel version), others clever (the mashup with Guardians of the Galaxy), and some were a bit mean, but quite accurate (the Honest Trailer).
This time a YouTuber seems to have been inspired by the last EVE trailer that was so well received. Amidst the bombastic story of Destiny, players now find space for their joyful feelings and cheers when they take down Crota.
