Once you have completed one of the bounties and obtained the corresponding kill-order item, a level-24 story mission with epic modifiers opens up. These are not new missions, but variations of old ones. And once you have completed one of these missions, you will receive a guaranteed legendary item, the holy grail of Destiny, so to speak! So it’s the right method to push the light level significantly until October 6.
Tips for stress-free farming in Destiny
Destiny players have already discovered some tricks to make the process easier:
- Players can simply go to orbit and back if they don’t like the offered mission. A new mission will already be available.
- According to the modifier before the mission, players should carry and use a weapon that deals the requested elemental damage, making the missions significantly easier.
- It seems that the only legendary rewards are chest and helm. But the stats vary, so sidegrades are possible. Additionally, the unused legendary items can be converted into shards, which you will need in large quantities later when you find the item of your dreams.
