The modifiers are:
Epic
Fresh Troops: Some enemies have received reinforcements.
Puzzle Game: Enemy shields are resistant to unequal elemental damage.
Airborne: You deal more damage when you are in the air.
Catapult: Grenade recharge speed is significantly increased.
The modifiers in the heroic SIVA strike playlist are Heroic, Solar-Flare, Sidearms, and Tank.
