Oversoul Edict – Pulse Rifle

The Oversoul Edict deals arc damage in its master version. This pulse rifle belongs to the same archetype as the Wise Dragon or the Grasp of Malok and would have been a top-tier weapon in PvP before update 2.5.0.2. However, this archetype is not faring as well anymore.

Compared to the Wise Dragon, the Oversoul Edict has a higher range and better reload speed, but lower stability:

The perks:

• Full Auto
• Dark Breaker: Projectiles can penetrate the “Wall of Darkness” of Hive Knights.
• Hive Disruptor: Increased damage to Hive Majors

Choice between:

• Adjusted Stock: Increased stability
• Snapshot: Aiming is faster
• Field Scout: Increased ammo capacity

The sights are Red Dot ORES, Red Dot OAS, and Red Dot OES.
