For “Spring”, a content update has been announced that will bring new PvE content and gear, increasing the light level. The state of information has been effectively unchanged since early December.
No details about the update have been provided yet. And it seems that they will be scarce in the coming weeks. While live streams have been announced, they are expected to mainly showcase developers and review details already in the game.
The community’s demand: all speculation must end now. Fans need to be told what the status is. Are the Year 1 raids returning, as some believe? Is a raid even being planned? Such speculation should now be curtailed, just like when it was said, “There will be no raid with House of Wolves” or the speculation becomes overwhelming. Without information, expectations continue to rise, and the disappointment of the players will only increase if they are let down.

DeeJ assures that there is definitely a plan for Destiny. However, they want to take their time presenting it until they can guarantee that everything is set. They do not want to talk about things that “might happen” – no one benefits from that. They will only discuss established facts.
As soon as the team is ready to make promises, they will bring them in front of the camera, to explain to the players what they can look forward to.
Until they are ready and everything is settled, they will use the time to showcase developers and other details on Twitch. A live stream about the design of the Dreadnaught is planned for Wednesday.
