In the MMO shooter Destiny there is the week of closed doors. Xur has moved today on January 15th and has a new location.
While others promote “open house days”, it is currently closed doors making headlines at Bungie. On Tuesday the Nightfall was closed for several hours: The doors simply wouldn’t open. Today, man found Xur, the Exotic vendor, back in the Reef.
And this time, like last time when Xur was in the Rift, players complained they simply couldn’t find him. Because Xur was in a locked room and the door just wouldn’t open – at least not for everyone. For some, the “log-out-and-log-back-in” tactic worked, while others remained unsuccessful.
Bungie has therefore repositioned Xur, as they did last time when the problem occurred.
Xur is no longer in the Rift, but in the Tower.
