In short: This weapon is not usable. In PvP, it requires three body shots to take down a Guardian. Furthermore, the 20/20 AMR7 cannot even carry more ammo than other snipers that have higher impact, making it useless in PvE as well.

Good perks would be Unyielding or Hidden Hand. But the conclusion is: Don’t use this weapon.
