Normally, one tends to focus on range perks for hand cannons, but Grudge already has a high base range. Whether you want to increase the range at the expense of other stats, which are already low, is up to you to decide. It is advisable to refrain from Rifled Barrel and Accurized Rounds. Hammer-Forged might be the better perk for this particular hand cannon. Otherwise, Snapshot, Outlaw, Reactive Reload, or Roulette are strong options.
