The weapon has the archetype with the lowest impact and the highest rate of fire. This pea shooter fires wildly, and it is hard to control. Unfortunately, it cannot have the perk Stability Compensator. Possible perks include Snapshot, Persistence, Perfect Balance, or Smallbore.
However, since the Hex Caster ARC does what it wants and better alternatives of this archetype exist, it cannot be recommended for any situation. You’d be better off with the auto rifle from the New Monarchy.
