It’s Friday and that means in Destiny 2 a new “Xur-prise” from the well-known Exo vendor. His exotic offerings may be drier than Vex humor. But still grab your Sparrow and stop by for a galactic shopping adventure with him. MeinMMO tells you where to find him and what he has on offer.
What happened this week in Destiny 2? While Season 21 in Destiny 2 is flowing smoothly, this week was mainly disrupted by annoying error codes.
- During the weekly reset on Tuesday, players were kicked from activities and Bungie announced an investigation into the issues.
- This ended on yesterday’s Thursday, which was a holiday in parts of Germany, with a double emergency maintenance and a day full of error codes.
Player feedback was substantial. From “the servers are at the end” to “get your game under control already,” everything was there. However, the well-known Destiny streamer Datto clarified one thing:
[…] You shouldn’t act like you know how to solve the game/server issue, damn it!

Meanwhile, Destiny 2 is back online. However, the challenge now is to get teammates to interact with a ball in player search during dives so that everyone gets the best loot.

When does Xur come? Xur, the Agent of the Nine, appears in Destiny 2 every Friday at 7:00 PM. His visit ends again the following Tuesday at 7:00 PM. During this time, all Guardians can purchase exotic items from him.

Additionally, you will find unique rolls for Exotics from no longer available exotic missions from past DLCs in Xur’s weekly offer. However, note: You can only buy the weapons if you also own the corresponding expansion.

The 14th Saint wants to see you in PvP endgame
Since this week on Tuesday the Iron Banner also ended and the Iron Wolf Saladin is now again scratching Caiatl’s back, the Trials can kick off.
The 14th Saint stands ready to test your nerves in the Trials of Osiris. So get ready for a fireworks display of frustration, curses, and possibly a few epic moments of triumph.
Which map is on this week? Unlike in normal PvP, where the maps cycle through, in the Guardian-versus-Guardian endgame every weekend there is only one fixed map played.
This is the reward for a flawless run: For a flawless run to the Lighthouse, you will not only receive a special emblem. Additionally, a very special weapon that you get for 7 victories drops as an exclusive Master version. You can earn it until the upcoming Tuesday, June 13, at 7:00 PM.
Focus on what you want: Through the focusing system, players can also focus old armors and weapons from trials that they want or are still missing.
Your earned trial engrams can be specifically focused on your desired weapon at the 14th Saint. On top of that, there are enhancement prisms and ascendant shards.
- Keep in mind that your reward increases even more once you have a complete pass – even if you lost one or two games.
Additionally, Bungie has changed the “Pass of Grace” for Season 21.
- The “Pass of Grace” now forgives 2 losses if you haven’t gone flawless that week.
- If you achieve flawless when resetting the pass, one loss will be forgiven on each pass again.
This gives everyone a better chance to go flawless for the first time every week, and for those who can go flawless without having to use both pardons, there are additional opportunities to earn extra rewards while your first pass remains flawless.
When do the Trials officially start? The Trials of Osiris start today, June 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM and end with the weekly reset on June 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM.
