Destiny 2 receives a visit from the iconic Xur today, on April 9. He is guaranteed to have exotic weapons and armor for you. MeinMMO is browsing his inventory, revealing the merchant’s location and taking a look at the Trials of Osiris, which are starting at the same time.
What is happening in Destiny 2? Bungie has recently caused quite a stir. A small preview of the upcoming Season 14 starting in May showed which weapons are getting a nerf. You now have some time to adjust to weaker hand cannons, swords, and shotguns. They will also talk about buffs soon.
The PvP is currently concerning the Guardians:
- We wanted to know from you whether the Crucible can still be saved or if PvP should be let die?
- Bungie will make every effort to save it in the future, but not every player sees such a “rosy future” as some Destiny pros.
- While we are talking about PvP, Bungie forgot to mention something important in the patch notes: Destiny 2 fails to mention that some weapons are suddenly top-tier in PvP.

When does Xur appear? Xur appears on Fridays at 7 PM German time. His location is random each week. You have time to browse his inventory until the weekly reset on April 13.
What does Xur have for sale? You can buy exotic weapons and armor from Xur. The goods are also random with each visit. With a bit of luck, he sells exactly the exotic that is missing from your collection or armor with perfect stats.

Which map is active? The endgame PvP mode Trials of Osiris is played on only one map each week. This time, the map “The Dead Cliffs” is active.
