When is Xur coming?
Xur visits us every Friday at 7 PM. He then chooses a quiet spot on a planet or moon of his choice, from where he can unobtrusively deliver his goods to the Guardians. You have until the next weekly reset on Tuesday to browse his inventory – then he disappears without a trace.

Xur remains a mystery: Xur has specific positions where he likes to settle down over the weekend. But for the first time since the release of Destiny 2, it is no longer known exactly where.
Position no longer predictable: Because Xur’s arrival was previously tied to the Flashpoints, so that one could know days in advance where the Agent of the Nine would appear, his location is no longer displayed on the map since the Update 2.0.0.
As it was back in the times of Destiny 1, you now have to go searching for Xur. The Agent of the Nine can now appear anywhere. Bungie will no longer provide any information about Xur.

By the way: His Fate Engrams will only drop Exotics from Year 1. The new Forsaken Exotics will not be included in these Engrams.

The Trials of the Nine are going on compulsory vacation and will be revised. They will be missing for the entire duration of Season 4. As soon as the trials return, you will find the corresponding information either here or in its own regular news update.
Get the exotic sniper Whisper of the Worm
You have another chance for Whisper of the Worm: The anomaly on IO is back. This leads the Guardians to the time-sensitive mission Whisper, at the end of which, upon successful completion, the exotic sniper rifle Whisper of the Worm awaits as a reward.
Players who have not yet managed to obtain the new exotic sniper now have another chance over the weekend. Because at 7:00 PM, the hunt for the Whisper of the Worm and its catalyst is open again. Until next Monday at 7:00 PM, you have time to secure the coveted firearm. Then the anomaly will disappear again until the following weekend.
