What happened in Destiny 2 this week? In the ongoing Season 19, the Guardians have returned to Mars this week. While new players experience the content with shining eyes, veterans have mixed feelings about returning to the old location.

When does Xur arrive? The exotic vendor visits Destiny 2 every Friday at 6 PM. Anyone with gaps in their Exotic collection eagerly awaits him, as he is the easiest way to get Exotics. It only costs you a one-way ticket and some materials as currency.

Xur also sells legendary items and offers unique rolls for Exotics from no longer available exotic missions from past DLCs each week. However, note: You can only buy the weapons if you own the appropriate expansion.

The 14th Saint is back with the Trials endgame starting today and challenges you.

This is how you get your loot: The Trials of Osiris also have a reputation rank system that you find with the 14th Saint. Top loot rewards from PvP matches are available from him for:
- Seven victories
- 50 rounds

This is the reward for a flawless run: Players can earn very specific loot each week in the form of a Trials Master weapon. However, you can only obtain it if you crown your Trials Pass flawlessly with 7 victories. You can farm the weapon until the upcoming Tuesday, December 20, at 6:00 p.m.
All Trials weapons have a Trials origin perk: “Alacrity” – Improves reload speed, stability, aim assistance, and range when you are the last living member of your fireteam or fighting alone.
You can focus your Trials Engrams at the 14th Saint on your desired weapon. Additionally, there are enhancement prisms and Ascendant Shards. Keep in mind that your rewards further increase when you have a complete pass – even if you have lost one or two games.
When do the Trials officially start? The Trials of Osiris begin today, December 16 at 6:00 p.m. and end with the weekly reset on December 20 at 6:00 p.m.
