What’s happening in Destiny 2? This week, the Guardians are hunting and leveling the special event armors. Some of the Solstice tasks are quite challenging this year. Then a leak about the new element “Vapour” caused a stir. The new damage type is expected to come with the Witch Queen expansion and reminds of 2 Exotics that we can already play.
The Guardians are complaining about “new” weapons, as they are weaker than expected and, on the other hand, do not even appear for many Guardians. Unfortunately, the recently released Hotfix 3.2.1.1 did not improve this. When does Xur arrive? Xur starts the weekend on Friday at 7:00 PM. The merchant appears on a planet of his choice and sells exotic goods. You can find Xur until the next Weekly Reset on July 20, before he retreats until the next weekend.
What does Xur have to offer? Xur brings you exotic weapons and armors for all characters. The items are random with every visit. MeinMMO always takes a look at his inventory and provides the essential data so you won’t miss any must-buy.

Xur’s position: You can find the merchant in the Tower. Look for Xur at the back of the Hangar on the stairs.

Trials of Osiris from July 16 – July 20
Which map is active? Even during the Solstice, the Trials of Osiris lure you into the Crucible. Here, you can even complete some of the harder tasks for the Solstice armor. This time the map is Pacifica:
Remember: Be sure to get the endgame bounty from Saint-14 in the Tower. Even if you just lose, you will still receive loot for participating (or “dying”) for this week’s 3 wins. We will tell you which weapon or armor those are throughout the evening.

When are the Trials? Today, on July 16, the Trials start at 7:00 PM. Together with Xur, the PvP mode will disappear until the next Weekly Reset on Tuesday, July 20. Don’t forget to exchange all earned tokens with Saint.
