In Destiny 2: Witch Queen, new Exo weapons and armor are released. All classes receive new pieces for their collection, making it easier for them to defeat the “Radiant Brood.” We show you which Exo armors you can expect in the new DLC.
What many Exos are there? There are a total of six new pieces that Guardians can hunt for in Witch Queen. This includes new helmets, gauntlets, chest armor, and leg armor. They feature new intrinsic perks that can assist you and even your teammates in battle.
6 new Exo armors and their functions
Witch Queen spares no Exos, and Bungie has revealed all the known ones in the “This Week at Bungie” blog (abbreviated TWaB).
How to get the armors: Each class receives two new armor pieces, which you can unlock through lost sectors as well as by completing the entire legendary campaign.
Loreley Splendor – Titan Helmet

What can the Exo do? If you are critically wounded and have the “Sunbreaker Super” equipped, you create what is known as a Sunspot. This spot heals and provides you with increased grenade and melee recharge. You also receive a damage bonus.
This helmet is best suited for passionate Sunbreakers with a protective instinct.
Raureif-Z – Titan Chest Armor

What can the Exo do? This chest armor creates a massive Stasis wall when you use your barricade. The iron barrier rises from the ground and spreads wildly in the direction you are facing.
Enemies near the Stasis crystals will be slowed and frozen. You and your team will receive increased reload speed, stability, and handling for your weapons. With the Exotic, you have good control over smaller enemies that can be used in various ways.
Secant Filaments – Warlock

What can the Exo do? The Exo grants Warlocks the perk of Devouring when you use a empowering Rift. This allows you to kill enemies while simultaneously replenishing your health. Guardians within the Rift also gain the ability to disrupt enemies and Champions.
Not only Champions will fear this, but also PvP players will sense something ominous. In the Nightfalls, this armor may prove to be excellent.
Osmiomancy Gloves – Warlock

What can the Exo do? These gloves give you a second charge of the seeking Stasis grenade. Your grenades gain longer tracking, and if you hit an enemy, your grenade ability regeneration increases.
If the range boost proves generous, you will surely see them more often in the Crucible.
Blight Ranger – Hunter Helmet

What can the Exo do? This helmet for Arcstriders reflects enemy damage back to the source and generates Orbs of Light. It is excellent against Ogres or Witches.
As the Hunter receives a nerf for their Orb-generating bow, this helmet could represent the fitting alternative.
Renewal Grapples – Hunter Gloves

What can the Exo do? These gloves provide the Hunter with an increased radius for the Dawnblade grenade. You thus have a grenade with a larger effect area, and players within the effect area of this grenade take less damage from outside.
Enemies within the grenade take reduced damage as well. This is useful if you want to weaken a specific target further. As in the past, the Hunter has often not been seen as a supporter, these gloves might soon redeem their name.
Many new Exos can be expected by the Guardians in Witch Queen, but whether they play as well as Bungie describes must first be tested.
What do you think about the new Exos? Do you like them and are you excited about a specific piece, or is there none among the gems that interests you? Let us know in the comments!
