After Bungie had already given a brief insight into the Tangled Shore, the studio has now presented the new location of the Forsaken expansion for Destiny 2 in detail. A new public event was also shown.
When it comes to promoting the upcoming Forsaken add-on, Bungie has been very open so far. After presenting the new location “Tangled Shore” (Wirrbucht) briefly, the developers have now shown extensive footage of the upcoming setting for the fall expansion at Game Informer.

What can be seen in the new video?
The location: The Tangled Shore fits well visually into the dark space western setting that Bungie has created with the Forsaken expansion. Striking Fallen architecture dominates large stretches of the landscape. The new area seems to offer a balanced mix of vast open spaces and narrow, winding areas with a slight horror touch, fitting for the new Scorn enemies.
New activities: In addition to the Tangled Shore itself, Bungie also showed gameplay of some new activities that Guardians can look forward to in the new setting. Among other things, there was a new public event where players have to take down a fugitive who has escaped from a cryo-pod. A lost sector is also visible in the video – along with some new Scorn enemies.
