Today, March 30, marks the Weekly Reset in Destiny 2. Guardians face a fresh Nightfall challenge. The activity, along with the loot, will be reset. MeinMMO looks into what awaits you this Destiny week.
What’s coming up? Starting today, March 30, the reset occurs at 19:00 CET, so get used to it. This also applies to Xur’s visit and daily resets.
Today, the new strike “The Chosen” from Season 13 becomes available to all Guardians. Season pass holders already had a sneak peek a week earlier. Appropriately, the mission is added to the Nightfall, where you can earn double rewards for completions until April 6. Show the Cabal that Guardians are not to be trifled with.
Update 31.03.: As Bungie has now announced, the new strike will only be available as Nightfall to players with the Beyond Light expansion and the Season Pass. The roadmap will be adjusted accordingly:
Otherwise, a rather quiet week lies ahead. In the Significant Mission, there are new data pads to scan, which especially delights lore enthusiasts. Before the season is over, there is still more on the agenda: What’s next in Destiny 2? Season 13 aims to keep you entertained until May.

In Nightfall: The Nightfall you will attempt the strike

You can select the difficulty. If you complete the Grandmaster difficulty, you can earn rare weapons.
Playlist Strikes are available with these modifiers:
- Solar Burn
- Fallen
- Iron
Keep in mind that the Burn modifier remains the same throughout the week. The other modifiers rotate daily.
Crucible: These playlists and modes are active in PvP:
- Private Match
- Rumble
- Control
- Elimination
- Glory Survival
- Glory Survival: Freelance
- Showdown
Petra Venj can currently be found (Curse Week 2) right in the starting area of the Dreaming City. Additionally, the 3rd Ascendant Challenge is active. By using a trick, you can obtain bounties from her that provide you with daily loot from the dungeon. Find out how to do it quickly and solo here:
