In Destiny 2, today, on the 27th of February, is the Weekly Reset. With the weekly reset, the 4th faction showdown comes to an end. The victorious faction is now decided. But also new activities, such as the Nightfall strike or the Flashpoint, are now live.
The maintenance work on this Tuesday is over! With a small maintenance-related delay, a new week in the Destiny universe begins. After successfully downloading and installing the update 1.1.3, the Guardians can now focus on new tasks.
The 4th faction rally has just ended. The winner is the New Monarchy, which now offers the fusion rifle “Linear Actuator II” at the Tower. The weapon is available for all Guardians to purchase until the next Weekly Reset. Members of the victorious faction pay 1000 Glimmer, while all others must spend 50,000 Glimmer.

Nightfall starting from 27th of February on PS4, Xbox One and PC
This week is the Nightfall “Tree of Probabilities”.
Both the normal Nightfall strike and the Prestige version now have a points system. You earn points by defeating enemies and generating Orbs of Light.
No modifiers are active in the Nightfall strike! You must activate these via the Nightfall challenge cards. These cards drop for DLC owners in the regular and Prestige Nightfall, but can only be used in Prestige mode.
The following challenges must be mastered:
- Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with less than 3 deaths
- Laser Challenge: Get hit by less than five lasers in the Atlas Cove
Flashpoint, Raid Challenge, Treasure Maps, Meditations
The Flashpoint is on Titan this week. There, public events must be mastered.
Cayde-6 has Titan treasure maps ready for you.
Ikora Rey offers meditations for the missions “1 AE”, “Chosen” and “Well Stashed”.
The Raid Challenge takes place this time in the Shattered Throne.
