New week, new luck. Destiny 2 rotates its activities and resets its rewards. MeinMMO gives you an overview of what to expect this week.
This week: Last week, Bungie integrated a significant video into the story that answered an incredible number of questions about Lightfall. However, it could be quieter during week 6.
So the Guardians can expect the next Exo fish. Two are still outstanding, so either the “Vexxter Panfish” over the fishing spot on Nessus or the “Aeon Fighter Fish” over the fishing spot in the European Dead Zone will enter the game.

Vanguard: Nightfall – The Fire Trial
- PsiOps Battleground: Moon
- The Cabal support you in this battleground during a reverse strike to thwart the Hive’s plans while you pursue Savathun’s Radiant Brood.
And with this Nightfall, one of the legendary weapons returns to the game, which Guardians once hunted for a title for weeks. Previously, it was only available on Mars in the Nightfall strike “Foreign Terrain”.
Crucible – This is the rotating PvP activity
- The two modes Zone Control and Team Scorched are running in PvP this week.
Endgame: Raid Challenges and Dungeon Rotation
Farmable endgame in weekly rotation: In further endgame, there are Legacy rotations. This includes both the rotating raid and the rotating dungeon being farmable. This means you can repeatedly complete the individual encounters to obtain various items and complete your collection. Including possible Exotics available in these contents.
- The weekly Legacy raid is Oryx in “King’s Fall” with the Exo “Malicious Touch”.
- Additionally, in the dungeon “Sog der Habgier” there is extra top loot with the most famous rocket launcher Gjallarhorn.
Bungie will further expand these activity rotations from Season 22 onward. Then players will not only be able to play raids and dungeons as “Legacy”, but also old Exotic missions. Thus, the circle will continue to close until probably all Destiny content is back in the game at some point.
Weekly Activities
With the weekly reset, several activities and challenges have been updated again, offering players a variety of rewards and progress and making them better Guardians through repetition.
- In the new Season 21, Guardians must dive to the ocean floor of Titan, which is infested with Taken and the Hive. They are searching on the bottom of its methane ocean for something. This promises to reveal ancient secrets and more information about the Witness’s origins.
Lightfall – Weekly Campaign Mission
- “Nail-biting”
- This mission reveals more information about the CloudArk that the Guardians are supposed to discover. Rohan is sending you to the reactor of the network and the infrastructure of Neomuna.
Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City
If you still need Triumphs from the Dreaming City, pay attention: The Corruption reveals new accesses with a sip of “Queen’s Leaf Elixir”.
- Petra Venj can now be found in the Dreaming City right at the spawn point – as always during the 2nd Curse week. At the same time, the 6th Ascendant Challenge is active.

This is the new max level: In the new Season of Depth (Season 21), the power level does not increase any further. Therefore, the maximum power level of your equipment that you can reach remains at 1,810, and you can enjoy the new seasonal content without stress and fill your resources through the fishing activity.
- In Lightfall, new Guardians start at power level 1,600.
- The Soft Cap is at 1,750.
- The Powerful Cap is at 1,800.
- With top loot, you can reach the Hard Cap of 1,810.
