In Destiny 2, today, on January 16th, is the Weekly Reset. The weekly reset brings new activities, such as the Nightfall Strike and Flashpoint.
The maintenance on this Tuesday (for the patch notes) is over, thus the new Destiny week has begun! When starting the game, you need to download and install update 1.1.1.3 to enter the Orbit.
This week, there is an event in Destiny 2: The third faction rally. The factions Dead Orbit, New Monarchy, and Future War Cult are calling you back to fight for their cause. You can find all information and a prediction for the third faction rally here.

Nightfall Strike from January 16th on PS4, Xbox One and PC
This week The Pyramidion is the Nightfall.
The modifiers:
- Conflux: Abilities recharge faster.
- Time Warp: Zero Hour: The mission timer cannot be extended.
The challenges:
- Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
- Complete the Nightfall with less than 3 deaths.
- Do not let Brakion be shielded for longer than 40 seconds before defeating him.
Flashpoint, Raid Challenge, Treasure Maps, Meditations
The Flashpoint is on Mercury. There you can master public events. Those who do not own Curse of Osiris cannot participate.
In the Raid Challenge, you have to take on the Royal Baths.
Cayde-6 has treasure maps for Mercury.
In the Eververse, you can obtain the exotic emote “Six Chambers” as well as the emote “Good with Hat” for Glimmer. Additionally, an ornament for the Sturm, an ornament for the Wardcliff Coil, and the exotic Ghost shell “Victorious Shell” are available.
Ikora Rey has meditations on Burning, Chosen, and Deadly Trials. Above her, there is still an incorrect waypoint.
Don’t forget to choose a faction with the faction leaders.
