Destiny 2 continues the summer event “Solstice of Heroes 2021” this week. So you still have time to upgrade your special armor. What else awaits players with the new Weekly Reset?
What’s happening in Destiny 2? In the action MMO, players are fighting against the notorious summer lull. Destiny 2 keeps the Guardians busy with the Solstice of Heroes 2021. The main goal is to upgrade the special event armor in multiple stages and earn cool glowing effects. On top of that, there’s an event shotgun (featured image).

- Furthermore, there’s again a new raid challenge in the Glass Chamber. This time you can prove yourself against Atheon in “Conductor’s Refrain”: In each of the 3 Oracle waves, each player can only destroy one Oracle. As a reward, in Challenge mode, the lost weapon “Corrective Measure” awaits – next season, a buff for all MGs is coming, so secure a strong specimen now.
- This week Ada has a must-buy for all Warlocks: Destiny 2 is now selling an armor with God Roll at a low price – But you have to be quick.

The Nightfall: The Trial by Fire sends you into the strike

This is the new max level: In the Season of the Splicer the maximum power level of your gear increases to 1,320. This is a relatively small jump of only +10 (from the previous Season 13). This is intended to reduce the annoying grind, and if you were diligent in Season 13, you only need to play the top activities to push your level.
