In Destiny 2, today, on November 13th, is Weekly Reset. The last Iron Banner of Season 4 is live. What activities and challenges does the new week bring? What are the new Nightfall strikes and where is the Flashpoint?
November Iron Banner begins: With the Weekly Reset on 13.11. Lord Saladin visits the Tower – for the last time in Season 4.
For one week, Guardians can test their powers and skills in the Crucible and grab Iron Banner-specific rewards. Players now have the opportunity to continue or complete their hunt for weapons and armor from the Season 4 Iron Banner.
The mystery quest continues: Additionally, the mysterious Festival Quest surrounding the murder of the former Reef Cryptarch enters its final week. It will soon become clear whether the Guardians will return to the Cosmodrome and whether the exotic machine gun Thunderlord awaits at the end of the three-week quest.

This is what Guardians can expect this week:
- The Cursed of the Dreaming City is weakening and enters its first cycle week.
- In the Crucible, with the start of the Iron Banner, there will be double Valor points. A good opportunity for those looking to push or reset their Valor rank.
Nightfall Strikes from 13.11. on PS4, Xbox One, and PC
You can choose between three Nightfall strikes each week. This week we have:
- Guardians of Nothing
- The Twisted Column
- Strange Terrain
Initially, different Nightfall strikes were active. However, they were changed by Bungie afterwards.
The recommended power level is 540. Modifiers are only available through the challenge cards. Your gear is locked during the activity – so choose wisely.

To get powerful loot you must:
- Complete the Nightfall strike
- Complete the Nightfall strike with at least 100,000 points
Strikes and Story Missions
In the heroic story missions these modifiers are active:
- Arc Burn
- Iron: Enemies have more health and do not flinch when taking damage
- Grenadier: Grenade abilities deal more damage and recharge much faster
In the Vanguard Strikes, the same modifiers as in the heroic story missions are active. You can choose different difficulty levels, with a maximum of “Level 50 – 500 Power”.
While the Burn modifier remains the same throughout the week, the other two modifiers change daily.
To get powerful loot you must:
- Complete 3 heroic story missions
- Complete 3 heroic strikes with a focus of the same light element as a fireteam member
Crucible Activities and Gambit
In the Crucible there are:
- Quickplay
- Competitive
- Rumble
- Iron Banner
- Private Match
To get powerful loot you must:
- Complete 5 Crucible matches
- Complete 3 Gambit matches
- Complete 7 Iron Banner bounties, each of which rewards a Powerful reward
Escalation Protocol
If the current rotation is maintained, you will have the chance at the end boss of the Escalation Protocol this week to receive the following weapon:
- the legendary Sniper Rifle IKELOS_SSG_v1.0.1
Flashpoint, Petra, Bounties
Amanda Holiday has the next step of the mysterious murder quest for you. Visit her in the Tower. You will then receive the mission “The Lost Cryptarch” in the EDZ on Earth. As Bungie has now officially announced on Twitter, there is indeed the exotic machine gun Thunderlord at the end of the quest.
The Flashpoint is now on Io. There is also a heroic adventure that drops Powerful gear.
Ikora Rey allows you to complete 20 bounties for Powerful gear.
Hawthorne lets you gather 5,000 XP through Clan bounties for Powerful gear. Additionally, she has the weekly raid challenge “Strength of Remembrance”, which also rewards Powerful gear upon successful completion.
At the Spider, you can undertake the weekly bounty “In the Mill” for powerful gear.
Petra Venj is this time at the Pavilion in the area “The Shore”. She has a mission for you that rewards Powerful gear – as well as the Ascendant Challenge and the completion of 8 daily bounties. This time, the Ascendant Challenge of Week 5 is active.
Spider offers the bounty “The Eye in the Darkness” which has Powerful gear as a reward. You need 5 Ghost Fragments for it.
The Loadout for the Prestige Raid wings this time is limited to a kinetic submachine gun, any energy weapon, and a grenade launcher in the Power slot. The modifier is Gladiator.
The Raid Challenge takes place this time in the Garden of Salvation .
In the Eververse you can find parts of the new class sets (chest armor), the exotic ghost shell Anointed Vigilance, as well as weapon ornaments for the Trinity Ghoul and the Worldline Zero.
