In the MMO shooter Destiny 2, a fresh Weekly Reset is coming on March 6th. The checkpoints reset to zero, and Guardians can earn new rewards and loot. What does Bungie want to engage you with this week?
What can the Guardians expect? A new Destiny week of Season 13 starts on April 6th. In the meantime, most players have gotten used to the new reset time at 7 PM. After last week’s excitement over a new strike and accusations of broken promises, things look rather calm until April 13th.
You will receive double Infamy in Gambit – so if you are still farming a strong roll of The Last Dollar, you’ll kill two birds with one stone in Gambit. In the future, the Weekly Reset will become significantly more interesting again: Every Tuesday evening, 6 random weapons will be available to you in the Tower – will there be a God Roll or two to discover?
A few Guardians are looking even further into the future. In May 2021, Season 14 will bring new content and finally Transmog. But for now, let’s stay in the here and now to examine the Weekly Reset.

In Nightfall: The Ordeal you prove yourself in the strike

You can choose the difficulty level yourself. If you get through the Grandmaster difficulty, you can get rare weapons. This week the auto rifle “The Swarm” is up.
Playlist Strikes are active with these modifiers:
- Arc Burn
- Stasis Burn
- Blackout
The burn modifier lasts the entire week, while the other two rotate daily at 7:00 PM.
Crucible: These playlists and modes are active in PvP:
- Private Match
- Rumble
- Control
- Elimination
- Survival
- Survival: Freelance
- Conflict
Petra Venj can now be found in the area “Rheasilvia”, the Dreaming City (Curse Week 3). At the same time, you may attempt the 4th Ascendant Challenge.

Powerful Loot in Destiny 2 is structured as follows: Powerful Loot comes in multiple tiers, granting you various Power boosts. Accordingly, higher tiers grant you greater Power boosts.
- Level 1 (up to +3 above the current power level)
- Level 2 (up to +4 above the current power level)
- Level 3 (up to +5 above the current power level)
- Top-tier gear (+5 or more above the power level. The only gear that exceeds 1300 and goes up to a maximum of 1310 – after that, the level jumps will drop to +1)
