Destiny 2: Weekly reset on 05.12. – Makes you crave bananas

In Destiny 2 geht es heute tiefer in Rivens Versteck, denn noch sind nicht alle Eier in Sicherheit. Allerdings fragen sich die Hüter, was dieser Deal mit dem Wunschdrachen für einen versteckten Preis hat. Auch Krähe, Mara Sovs Bruder, hat schon seltsame Wunschgedanken geäußert. This week: In this season of the wish, Mara gets in touch with the guardians every week when she has new information. After today’s reset, the story quest All Best Wishes continues.

• The key to the bleached heart of the Traveler, the objective of the DLC The Final Form, cannot be extracted. It must be surrendered.
• The soul of Riven is able to open this path to the guardians with the last 15th wish. In return, the wish dragon demands that we save her eggs, which lie deep under the dreaming city. Because she wants to ensure the survival of her species.
• Other NPCs in season 23 have strange thoughts because such a last wish could ultimately undo Crow’s greatest mistake. The price for that is just the destruction of the universe.
• Additionally, you can dive into the free Iron Banner event, which now offers bananas.

Twilight

• Birthplace of Evil, in the throne world of Savathûn
  • The twilight leads into the throne world of Savathûn. The Witness has aided Heimiks and his mock minions to new power there and it is up to the guardians to put an end to it. So head into the twilight and complete the challenge with 100,000 points for top loot.

Crucible – This is the rotating PvP activity

• Jump into the Crucible and have fun this week in Showdown and Clash.

Active Events: Iron Banner

• This week marks the first Iron Banner of Season 23.
  • There’s a special emblem with bananas to earn and of course the usual wolf battles. Likewise, Lord Saladin has an update with past armors for your collection. So be sure to check in with him this week.
  • Games are played in the new mode “Tribute”.
    • Players can donate sigils at tribute stations to collect points for their team. Accumulating many sigils at once can trigger a hunt phase that activates a special tribute station and increases the value of all deposited sigils for one minute with wonderfully chaotic gameplay. Caution is advised, as the other guardians won’t be the only ones guarding these high-value tribute stations. Caiatl will also be watching you and sending her units onto the field.

Boost of the Week

• So that the dance in the Crucible also brings something, there’s a boost to your ranks in PvP this week.

Endgame: Raid Challenges and Dungeon Rotation

Farmable endgame on a weekly rotation: For all who like it challenging, the so-called legacy rotations await in the endgame. They can be repeated and farmed.

• The weekly legacy raid is the “Garden of Salvation” with the exo Divinity.
• In the dungeon “Guardian’s Pillar,” this week, there’s the exo-bow “Hierarchy of Claims.”
• The weekly exo mission is “Signs” with the scout rifle Tale of a Dead One.

• The Circus: Cross the dangerous paths of the dreaming city and uncover the secrets left behind by Riven.
• Protect the Nest: Fetch the missing eggs from Riven’s enclosure via the ley lines to fulfill your part of a dangerous deal.
• Storm the Watchtower: Enter the dungeon Ruins of the Warlord and banish the mock and the possessed from the wish magic.

Lightfall – Weekly Campaign Mission

  • In the first mission, you establish first contact and experience Strang for the very first time as you stroll through Neomuna with your guardian. Strang is the new subclass from Lightfall and there’s also something else you need to do …

Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City

Now that you are back in Season 23 in the dreaming city, you can take care of unfinished business there, such as finding the many hidden chests. Just take a sip of “Queen’s Leaf Tincture” from your inventory and the corruption will reveal new accesses to you.

• Petra Venj can be found in the Rheasilvia area in the dreaming city. The whole zone is in the 3rd curse week. The 4th Ascendant Challenge is to be mastered.

More power level comes automatically: There is no more grinding for power level in Season 23 either. The hard power level cap in Destiny 2 has remained unchanged at 1,810 for several seasons. So, no player is forced to perform at their peak every week but levels up automatically at all activities for artifact levels.
