Destiny 2 has a heart for both successful and lackluster anglers. That’s why this week, as part of the Bungie Day celebrations, there is a new fishing perk: the Luck Week! And of course, the activities are rotating as well. MeinMMO provides a weekly overview as always.
This is happening this week: After the fishing activity quickly lost popularity, Bungie is now helping out a bit. That’s why this week there will be a bonus on Nessus, in the EDZ, and in the Throne World that doubles the catch rate for exotic fish.
With this, even the most unsuccessful or lackluster anglers should have the opportunity to quickly snag the three necessary blades required to complete the “Whetstone” encounter in diving missions of the Methane Sea. There is supposed to be an Exo-weapon called “Sullied Tool” hiding in the Veist Forge.
In addition to the increased fishing luck, there will also be bonus reputation ranks and rewards in all three playlists. And from this week, the gilding of the title “Top Performer” will finally be possible, as the Top Performer node will finally be unlocked.

Vanguard: Twilight – The Fire Trial

Endgame: Raid Challenges and Dungeon Rotation
Farmable endgame on a weekly rotation: In the further endgame, the Legacy Rotations await. In this, both the rotating raid and the rotating dungeon are farmable. This means you can complete the individual encounters repeatedly to obtain various items and complete your collection. Including possible exotics available in these contents.
- The weekly Legacy raid is Riven in “Last Wish” with the Exo fusion rifle “1000 Voices”
- Additionally, there is extra top loot at the dungeon “Duality” with the Exo sword “Heartshadow”
Bungie will further expand this activity rotation of contents starting from Season 22. Then players can not only play raids and dungeons as “Legacy”, but also old exotic missions. This way, the circle is continually closing until someday all Destiny contents are probably back in the game.
Weekly Activities
With the weekly reset, several activities and challenges have been updated again, offering players a variety of rewards and progress, making them better guardians through repetition.

- In this week’s Lightfall mission, you can drive tanks. You literally have no time left and must assist Rohan at the Radial Mast.
Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City
If you still need triumphs from the Dreaming City, be aware: the corruption reveals new access points with a sip of “Queen’s Leaf Tincture”.
- Petra Venj can now be found in the Dreaming City right at Rheasilvia – as always during the 3rd curse week. At the same time, the 1st Ascendant Challenge is active.
