In Destiny 2, today, on October 10th, is the Weekly Reset. Activities such as the Nightfall strike or the Flashpoint are being reset.
In the MMO shooter Destiny 2, things are getting turbulent again these days:
- Simultaneously with the Weekly Reset, the Iron Banner is starting in October. Since this is the first Iron Banner in the history of Destiny 2, we will look at it more closely in a separate article.
- Additionally, the Prestige Raid was supposed to take place this evening. However, it has been postponed by Bungie at short notice. The reason is an exploit that needs to be fixed first. Now you have to wait until next week.
If the “Guardian vs. Guardian” combat is not your thing and you will steer clear of the Iron Banner, you will still have fresh activities to do starting today. Because it is Weekly Reset! Let’s see what the new week brings.
Nightfall Strike on October 10th on PS4 and Xbox One
This week, the The Twisted Tower is up as Nightfall.
The modifiers:
- Friction: Health and shield regeneration are affected. Eliminating enemies can create light sources. Collect these to restore health and recharge your super.
- Time Loop: Kill Time: Defeat enemies to extend the mission timer.
The challenges in the Nightfall strike:
- Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
- Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
- The Boben is Lava: The strike team must not be hit by Protheon’s flaming ground attacks.
Flashpoint, Treasure Maps, Raid Order
The Flashpoint is on Nessus. Master public events there.
Cayde-6 has treasure maps for Nessus.
Ikora Rey has the missions Burning, Chosen, and Hope available.
The raid order is Baths, Circus, Beasts, Calus.
By the way: The winning weapon from the Dead Orbit can no longer be purchased.
Have you seen the videos from last week already? In them, Calus shows you that he is the happiest raid boss in the Destiny 2 universe!
