In Destiny 2, the weekly reset occurs today, April 24th. With the weekly reset, new activities such as the Nightfall strike or the Flashpoint can now be played. The weekly Crucible playlist is also rotating again.
It’s that time again – a new week in the Destiny universe begins. And it kicks off with a real highlight:
Today, at 7:00 PM, there will be an official reveal stream for the Warmind expansion for Destiny 2.
We typically use the regular weekly reset article to briefly summarize upcoming events for the week and give a preview of the events to come.

Here we will cover the reveal of the Warmind DLC and live-tweet it for you. Today, Bungie will finally reveal specific details about the upcoming second expansion of Destiny 2.

Nightfall starting April 24th on PS4, Xbox One, and PC
This week the Nightfall is “A Garden World”.
You have the chance this week for the following exclusive Nightfall reward: the exotic ship Universal Wave Function.
In the normal Nightfall, no modifiers are active!
In Prestige mode, you must activate modifiers via the challenge cards. These cards drop for DLC owners in both the normal and Prestige modes of the Nightfall.
The following challenges are waiting to be mastered:
- Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with less than 3 deaths.
- Armored Minotaur: Eliminate the armored Minotaurs in under 90 seconds.
Flashpoint, Raid Challenge, Treasure Maps, Meditations
The Flashpoint this week is in the EDZ on Earth. Here you need to master public events.
Cayde-6 has EDZ treasure maps ready for you.
Ikora Rey has meditations available for the missions “Tidal Wave”, “Hope”, and “Deadly Trials”.
The raid challenge this time takes place in the Last Gardens.
Crucible
In the weekly Crucible playlist, the Mayhem mode is active.
