Today, June 3rd, you can expect a new update in Destiny 2 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S as well as on PC and Google Stadia – the hotfix 3.2.0.3. Here you can find everything you need to know about the maintenance schedule today and the changes, that go along with it.
In Destiny 2, things are still not running smoothly in Season 14, and Bungie is actively working on its action MMO. So, tonight there will be the next new update for Destiny 2, namely hotfix 3.2.0.3.
So if you planned to go out as a Guardian tonight, you may have to take a forced break due to maintenance. There will also be a downtime – although just a short one, if everything goes as planned.
The update is now live and can be downloaded. On the PS5, it is 382.3 MB in size.
Maintenance on 03.06. – Schedule and Server Down
Here are the times you need to pay attention to today:
- The maintenance work starts today at 6:00 PM CEST
- The actual downtime will start at 6:45 PM. This is when the servers go offline, players will be removed from ongoing activities, and will not be able to log in for a while
- From 7:00 PM, the servers should be back online. This is when the worldwide release of update 3.2.0.3 begins.
- Once you have downloaded the update (and it has been copied), you can log back into Destiny 2
- If everything goes according to plan, today’s maintenance should be fully completed by 8:00 PM
Keep in mind: Until the final end of the maintenance, login issues and queues when logging in may occur. Additionally, during the maintenance period, third-party applications and the official companion app may only be used to a limited extent or not at all.
Update 3.2.0.3 – What Changes Does the Hotfix Bring Today?
This time, Bungie has already provided a generous first glimpse into the upcoming adjustments of update 3.2.0.3 ahead of time. The following will change according to the current status today:
- Extensive Stasis adjustments will be made. Originally, these were planned for Season 15, but due to feedback and ongoing criticism, the studio decided to bring forward a majority of these balance changes to the ongoing Season 14.
- The Lost Sector “Empty Tank” will really grant an exotic leg armor after the update if it is indicated.
- The Couturier gauntlets will no longer obstruct the player’s view when using a bow.
- The auto rifle “Archon Thunder” and the shotgun “Riftwalker” can be obtained after the update from Lord Saladin, from Iron Engrams, through bounties, or through Iron Banner rewards after a match.
Keep in mind that this is not all the changes from update 3.2.0.3, but just a first insight. The complete list of all adjustments will then come in the form of the patch notes.
