In Destiny 2, the patch notes for update 1.05 are known. Bungie is preparing for the faction rally and simplifying the “Call to Arms” milestone.
Yesterday, on September 25th, the Destiny 2 developers carried out hours of maintenance, which was even extended by a good hour. During this maintenance, update 1.0.3 was applied, which carries version number 1.05 on the PS4.
In the meantime, the complete patch notes for this update have been released.
New Features of Update 1.05 – What Changes?
Update 1.05 brought two important new features along with various bug fixes. The new features:
- It prepared for the faction rally. Today, on September 26th at 11 AM, this competition of the factions begins. However, the respective faction symbols are already on the map of the tower after the installation of the update. The leaders will arrive at 11 AM.
- It reduced the number of games required to master the “Call to Arms” milestone in the Crucible. The effort should now be better aligned with the other weekly milestones.

All other bug fixes are embedded here in German:
- UI: A bug was fixed where hunters with a certain amount of health saw their health bar all the time in the HUD
- Raid: A bug in the raid was fixed, where players joining during sections were unintentionally given revival tokens.
- Adventures: A bug was fixed where, if the first Minotaur in the “Well Armored” adventure was dealt with too quickly, progress was blocked
Clans
- A bug was fixed where clan XP was not gained by completing public events
- A bug was fixed where some players did not receive weekly clan engrams
- However, players who leave a clan will still not receive clan rewards in that week
Eververse
- A bug was fixed where bright engrams displayed “Requires Level 20” if a player had not accepted all leveling rewards from Tess after reaching level 20
- A bug was fixed where the action button for weapon ornaments displayed Submit instead of Unlock

- Power ammo locations were changed for Conflict & Domination
- Invisible barriers were added to prevent players from leaving the playable area
- Softkill volume was added so players can no longer hide at the edge of the map
- Ghosts of dead players will no longer appear at the “Fork” location

- A bug was fixed where sometimes equipment for players in the tower did not load
- A crash was fixed that occurred when logging out of Destiny 2
Companion App

- A filter and member counter were added in the clan overview
- Fix for incorrect equipment power sorting when items contained no power
