Bungie reveals insights into the new Destiny 2 Raid “Scourge of the Past”, launching on Friday.
The new trailer for the Raid “Scourge of the Past” features glimpses into the events. The raid is part of the DLC The Black Armory, which can only be played by owners of the annual pass.
Scourge of the Past starts on Friday
When does the raid start? The raid kicks off on Friday, December 7, at 6 PM. There will also be a World-First race as usual.
What does the trailer show? The trailer provides insights into what lies ahead. Guardians fight in the ruins of the Last City on Earth. The battles look fast and action-packed. The trailer promises one thing above all: Action!
As the trailer also shows, you are to uncover a long-forgotten secret hidden beneath the city. The story of the raid promises excitement as well. Additionally, it seems that Guardians can use their Sparrows in the raid and race through the dark halls.

What requirements does the raid have? Bungie recommends that you have a power level of 640. This is only 10 levels below the new power level cap of 650. However, there is no minimum requirement to participate in the raid.
What can you expect in the raid? Bungie promises an adrenaline-fueled adventure for everyone. They compare the raid with “Wrath of the Machine” from Destiny 1. Whether the raid can ultimately hold its own against the raid from Destiny 1 remains to be seen.
