Destiny 2: The winning weapons of the 2nd faction battle – What can they do?

In Destiny 2, we are taking a look at the winning weapons of the second faction rally (group fight). What can these weapons do, what are the perks?

The second faction rally is live! Executor Hideo, Arach Jalaal, and Lakshmi-2 have taken their positions in the Tower to win over Guardians for their cause. You have one week, until November 14th, to earn as many faction reward packages as possible and lead your faction to victory.

The winning faction will offer a winning weapon for one week. This is called “Winner’s Giving” in the game. The winning weapons of the other two factions remain locked – you can only get one of the three weapons.

We will show you what these three weapons can do.

Honor’s Grace – Sword of the New Monarchy

Executor Hideo is the faction leader of the New Monarchy, standing in the furthest corner of the Bazaar. He offers a legendary sword as a winning weapon: Honor’s Grace.

This melee weapon deals Arc damage by default. Compared to the sword “Crown Splitter,” it has lower impact but faster swing speed.

Here are the perks:

• Adaptive Frame: Rounded and reliable. Uppercuts are possible.
• En Garde: If you attack quickly right after switching to this weapon, you deal extra damage.

You have the choice between:

• Tempered Blade: Increased sword damage, more ammunition.
• Jagged Blade: Increased damage at the cost of sword ammunition.

Choice between:

• Breakout Sword Vessel: The sword vessel has low efficiency and high defense.
• Enduring Sword Vessel: The sword vessel has high efficiency and low defense.

Truthspeaker – Grenade Launcher of the Dead Orbit

Arach Jalaal stands in the Tower Hangar. He is the leader of the Dead Orbit and has a grenade launcher on offer: Truthspeaker.

The Truthspeaker deals Void damage by default, and the magazine holds one shot. Aside from stability, the grenade launcher has strong stats across the board.

Here are the perks:

• Light Frame: One-shot grenade launcher with remote detonation. Hold the fire button to shoot and release to detonate.
• Quick Draw: The weapon can be drawn faster.

You have the choice between:

• Close Shots: Increases stability, explosion radius, and decreases speed
• Linear Compensator: Slightly increases speed, explosion radius, and stability
• Hard Shots: Significantly increases speed, reduces stability and explosion radius

Choice between:

• Shockwave Grenades: The explosion of the grenades staggers enemies
• Black Powder: Increases explosion radius, reduces stability

Timeline Vertex – Fusion Rifle of the Future War Cult

Lakshmi-2 is also waiting for you in the Tower Hangar. She represents the Future War Cult and offers a fusion rifle named Timeline Vertex.

This power weapon deals Solar damage. The charge time is 660, and the impact is 70. In comparison: The Merciless has a longer charge time of 900 and increased impact of 75. Aside from stability, The Merciless is better in all stats.

Here are the perks:

• Adaptive Frame: A rounded grip, reliable and robust.
• Snapshot Sights: It is faster to use the sighting device

You have the choice between:

• Spark BV: Short zoom, increased range, increased weapon readiness speed
• Torch HS3: Medium zoom, significantly increased range, reduces weapon readiness speed

Choice between:

• Enhanced Battery: Increases magazine size
• Accelerated Coils: Faster charge time, reduced impact

This week, only power weapons are on offer. If you are a member of the winning faction, you will receive the winning weapon for 1000 Glimmer. All others can also purchase the winning weapon but must pay 50,000 Glimmer.
