Destiny 2: The Special Weapons of the Crucible – These are the Perks

What are the special winning weapons of the group battles (Faction Rally) in Destiny 2? We present the 3 weapons.

The group battles have started! Since September 26 at 11 AM, you can visit the factions Dead Orbit, Future War Cult, and New Monarchy in the Tower of Destiny 2 and decide whom you want to join.

Subsequently, you may collect reputation tokens for this faction by looting Lost Sectors, completing public events, participating in Crucible matches, strikes, or the raid. You can then exchange the tokens for reward packages containing faction-specific loot.

A special feature exists with the group battles: On October 3, a winning faction will be declared. The faction whose Guardians collect the most rank increases and thus the most reward packages within a week wins and then offers an exclusive “special weapon” called the “Winner’s Gift.”

This means that after the rally, only one of the three winner’s gift weapons will be available. The other two will remain locked. Faction members of the winning faction can buy the weapon for 1000 Glimmer, while everyone else has to pay 50,000 Glimmer.

What perks do these winning weapons have?

Haunted Earth – Scout Rifle from Dead Orbit

Dead Orbit offers a legendary scout rifle named Haunted Earth. It has a fire rate of 150 and a magazine size of 13. It deals kinetic damage.

The perks:

• Intrinsic – Outlawed Casing: Slow fire and high damage, becomes more accurate when not moving and using the scope
• Prepared for Anything: Increased ammo reserves. Fast reload when crouching.

  

Choice between:

• OV 5 Circle: Circular, open sight, short zoom. Increases weapon handling speed
• Model 6 Circuit: Red dot, medium zoom. Increases range and weapon handling speed

Choice between:

• Tactical Magazine: Increases stability, reload speed, magazine size
• High-Caliber Rounds: Shots push targets back further, increased range

  

Heart of Time – Pulse Rifle from Future War Cult

From Future War Cult comes a pulse rifle called Heart of Time. The fire rate is 540, and the magazine size is 33. It deals arc damage.

These are the perks:

• Intrinsic – Rapid-Fire Casing: Larger ammo reserves, increased reload speed when the magazine is empty
• Dragonfly: Precise kills create an elemental damage explosion

  

Choice between:

• Candle BV: Bar sight, short zoom. Increases weapon handling speed and range
• Puls MS3: Ocular technology, short zoom. Increases range and decreases weapon handling speed

Choice between:

• Stable Rounds: Increased stability, decreased range
• Tactical Magazine: Increases stability, reload speed, and magazine size

Between Hegemony XVI – Hand Cannon from New Monarchy

New Monarchy offers a legendary hand cannon upon victory: Between Hegemony XVI. It deals solar damage, has a fire rate of 450, and a magazine size of 15.

These are the perks:

• Intrinsic – SUROS Rapid Fire: Fully automatic, larger ammo reserves, increased reload speed when the magazine is empty.
• Snapshot Sight: It is faster to use the scope.

• Tactical PV: Precise sidearm sight, increases range
• Target PV: Accurate sidearm sight, increases range, decreases stability, decreases weapon handling speed
• Reflex Sight PV: Mobile sidearm sight, increases weapon handling speed, increases stability

Choice between:

• Enhanced Rounds: Increased range
• High-Caliber Rounds: Shots push targets back further, increased range
