The Destiny 2 running gag about the glitchy weapon exotic Telesto just won’t stop, the bug monster is living up to its name as “The Besto” in Season 10. The latest glitch threatens the balance again, but players take it with humor. Because Telesto glitches have now achieved cult status.
Telesto is the Besto: The exotic Telesto is the one weapon plagued by bugs, which has been breaking the game balance of Destiny for years and has even been completely disabled. This troublesome weapon belongs to the fusion rifles but fires, unlike its cousins, basically sticky bombs. After some time or upon contact with enemies, these explode.

This allows malicious Warlocks to quickly achieve a very high buff using Telesto and the exotic helmet Lore of Truth and unleash deadly grenades immediately on their hopeless opponents in PvP.

Even though the story of Telesto sounds funny, the application, especially in PvP, is anything but humorous or a minor offense. Wherever other players take damage from such actions, we strictly request to refrain from using them.
Is the disabling of the exo imminent? The new glitch was made public on April 17. The guardians are wondering if Bungie will respond by disabling Telesto. At this time (April 18, 10 AM), we do not know if Bungie plans to disable Telesto again. The exotic is still equippable in the game. In contrast, two exotic armors had to be disabled repeatedly recently.
However, a disabling of Telesto does not seem entirely out of the question in light of this – especially due to PvP.

This is the story of Telesto: Even in the days of Destiny 1, Telesto was considered a troublemaker. Even the most famous Destiny exotic ever, the Gjallarhorn, became a glitch accomplice.
In Destiny 2, Telesto was initially classified as a power weapon, but during the transitions from the Forsaken era, the exotic was moved to the special slot, which means significantly more available ammunition. This was the gateway to many glitches and all sorts of absurd discoveries.
