5 strong Legendary Weapons for Destiny 2: Beyond Light
Guardians can equip only one exotic weapon. Therefore, the two other slots should be legendary weapons. All 5 legendary weapons on the list have been chosen to ensure that they can be targeted and easily farmed. Additionally, they will be safe from sunsetting for a long time.

9. Falling Guillotine
Why this weapon is so good: Few other legendary weapons dominated Season 11 like the new, massive sword Falling Guillotine. Since all swords were revamped, it is the best legendary melee weapon.
- The sword deals extremely high damage, instantly taking out champions or bosses in many activities.
- As a heavy attack, Falling Guillotine uses a vortex spin – you spin around your axis and hit everything in the area multiple times.
- Swords do not need to reload, so you can continuously swing – as long as your ammo holds out, of course.
- Bungie nerfs the damage of heavy attacks by about 24% with Beyond Light – but the weapon is still expected to remain above the sword average.

10. Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.2
Why this weapon is so good: The Ikelos SMG is the reimagined weapon from the Escalation Protocol. However, it comes with some features that make it extremely good in PvE.
- The weapon can create powerful Warmind cells.
- These are mini-nuclear bombs.
- The status values and perks are above-average, and since the Recluse is losing relevance in the endgame, you have an excellent substitute here.

11. Gnawing Hunger
Why this weapon is so good: The automatic rifle Gnawing Hunger is currently a killer machine in both PvE and PvP.

- Almost every roll is good for PvE, as you will definitely get a damage-increasing perk in slot 2.
- In Beyond Light, all 600 auto rifles will receive a slight nerf to their base damage (from 15.75 to 14.25), but that will not hinder Gnawing Hunger.

- The entire class has received a 30% extra damage buff.
- Precision shotguns now have the highest range and the best damage values in the family.
- The play style may be somewhat unusual if you are not familiar with Chaperone.

13. Ikelos_SR_V1.0.2
