What you need to know: Bungie is squeezing in another minor maintenance for Destiny 2 on Tuesday. This means the servers will go offline for a short period this evening and Bungie will bring the scheduled update 6.2.0.8 online.

Maintenance on 11.10. – All times and server downtime
Bungie has published a detailed schedule for players so that you are prepared and know when you can’t play.
These times are important today:
- At 6:00 PM German time, maintenance will start in the background on all platforms.
- Starting at 6:45 PM, the servers will go offline and you will be automatically kicked from all activities.
- By 7:00 PM, the servers are expected to be back online and update 6.2.0.8 will be rolled out for all platforms. You can log back in to play.
- Even if the servers are back online, maintenance will officially continue until 8:00 PM.
Keep in mind that third-party applications and the official companion app may not be accessible properly for a while after the update.
What’s changing with update 6.2.0.8 in Season 18
This is what today’s update brings: So far, no information regarding potential bug fixes has been revealed, but Bungie is already aware of these bugs:
- In the activity “The Expedition,” brutes disappear if they are not defeated before the charge reaches 100%.
- The crew upgrade “Hidden Compartment” does not grant a deep sight weapon.
- Players joining an ongoing catch crash activity can get trapped behind a closed door until the fireteam members start the boss fight.
- In catch crash, the health bar for the supervisor can disappear or display inaccurate health values if it gets damaged too quickly.
If you notice any issues in the game yourself, it is recommended to report them directly through the official Bungie Help Forum to draw attention to the developers as well.
