This new loot is brought by the Prestige Raid in Destiny 2. These are the Prestige Raid items.

On October 18 at 7 PM, the Leviathan Raid becomes more challenging: because the Prestige difficulty of the raid starts, which makes the enemies stronger and smarter and changes some mechanics a bit.
Initially, the Prestige Raid was supposed to go live on October 10 at 7 PM, but it was postponed due to a severe exploit.
The Prestige Raid brings not only the “ultimate PvE challenge” for the Guardians, but also new loot that can be hunted. These items have now been traced in the databases. Let’s take a look at them.
The Gear in the Prestige Raid – Armor pieces, Emblems, and an Ornament
The Prestige Raid does not grant a power level increase, which is why many Guardians were already outraged at its announcement, claiming that there would be no incentive to play the raid in Prestige mode.
In fact, the Prestige difficulty is primarily for
- all Guardians seeking a new challenge,
- and for all collectors among you who want to grab the exclusive Prestige Raid loot to show other Guardians: “I have conquered the ultimate PvE challenge!”
You can do this with these armor pieces from the Prestige Raid:

The armor sets from the Prestige Raid are identical to the sets from the regular raid according to the database. Only the appearance is different – the design is more pronounced in gold and violet. The items do not have any special perks. In other words, there are only cosmetic reasons to prefer the Prestige gear over the regular gear.

And 5 new emblems were also found, which can probably be earned through the individual phases of the Prestige Raid and by completing the entire raid:
No special Prestige Raid weapons were found, by the way. You can find all previously known raid weapons here. However, these raid weapons still lack a few weapon types, such as the shotgun, the grenade launcher, the fusion rifle, or the pistol. They may still be added later.
On top of that, you can earn an aura and an ornament for the Legend of Acrius through the Prestige Raid:
