Studio honors the victims: As a sign of solidarity and out of respect for the deceased, Bungie is observing a day of silence today, August 27. All official Bungie and Destiny channels will remain silent for this reason.
Forsaken launch trailer postponed: Therefore, the launch trailer for the Forsaken expansion is also postponed. It was originally scheduled to be released on August 27 at 7:00 PM. The timing for the trailer’s release is still unclear.

What exactly happened? In Jacksonville, the first of four qualification tournaments for the Madden Classic Series took place yesterday, August 26. During the ongoing event, a 24-year-old participant opened fire – apparently because he lost during this NFL-19 tournament.
According to police reports, there were a total of three fatalities: Two people fell victim to the shooter. The perpetrator subsequently turned the gun on himself. Nine other individuals were hospitalized with serious gunshot injuries.
