With The Final Shape, the “Endless Hunt” / “Still Hunt” was introduced into Destiny 2. We will show you how to unlock the exotic sniper.
What kind of exotic weapon is this?
- “Endless Hunt” or “Still Hunt” is an exotic sniper rifle of the damage type “Solar”.
- With the exotic perk, the “Endless Hunt” becomes a Golden Gun.
- As with the Hunter’s super, you also have a bar that charges with the exotic sniper when you collect power spheres or land precision hits.
- Once the bar is completely filled, you can hold down the reload button to transform the rifle into a Golden Gun.
- In this mode, you have three “Golden Gun” shots, with the damage inflicted increasing with each subsequent shot. Special ammo is not consumed when shooting in this mode.
Complete the “Wild Card” quest and unlock the “Endless Hunt”
How to get the “Endless Hunt”: To unlock the “Endless Hunt”, you must have fully completed the campaign of The Final Shape.
After finishing the campaign, you will receive an exotic quest called “Destined Heroes”, which gives you the exotic sword “Ergo Sum”. Once you have completed the first part of “Destined Heroes”, you need to speak to Cayde-6.
You will then receive the exotic quest “Wild Card” from Cayde-6, and upon completing it, you will get the “Endless Hunt” from Cayde-6 in the Lost City.
Why should you unlock the “Endless Hunt”? With the “Endless Hunt”, even as a Warlock or Titan, you have the chance to fire with a Golden Gun and deal significant damage.
