In Destiny 2, since the release of the Forsaken expansion, players have had the opportunity to earn titles and showcase them for all to see. However, a popular title is inaccessible to many players due to its requirements. This will change in Season 5.
In Destiny 2: Forsaken, players can currently earn a total of six titles. They can publicly display their achievements in specific areas of the game. However, the title “Riven’s Bane”, which revolves around feats in the raid, remains currently unreachable for many.
Bungie removes unpopular requirement for the title Riven’s Bane
The problem with Riven’s Bane: To earn Riven’s Bane, players must complete certain triumphs that require clan membership. This makes the title particularly distant for solo players.
But even for many clans, it’s anything but easy to earn this title. Certain clan challenges such as Summoning Ritual, Strength of Memory, or Stay Outside must be mastered, which can only be accepted at clan level 4. This frustrates a lot of players, as many comments on Reddit show.

What should be manageable for larger clans is a significant issue for smaller clans. There are many clans consisting of only a few players. Level 4 is often not easily achievable. If players do not want to abandon their friends and break apart a small clan, many are forced to forgo the corresponding triumphs and the associated title.
This changes in Season 5: Bungie has now announced that they have heard the fans’ criticism and has a change ready for the upcoming Season of the Forge. With update 2.1.0, which will kick off Season 5 in Destiny 2 on November 27, all players with access to the Forsaken raid Last Wish will be able to pick up the respective weekly raid bounties from Hawthorne in the Tower.

How fans are reacting: The players are delighted with this news. After all, this is exactly what many have wished for a long time. Some of them are already wondering why Bungie introduced this restriction in the first place.
What do you think? Were you also annoyed that the raid challenges were previously reserved only for high-level clans?
