This week, the first “Kingsfall” will be bustling in Destiny 2. This title is the award for players who have successfully completed all Kingsfall raid challenges in recent weeks. But the challenges are good for more than just that. Anyone who wants some more top loot should know about them. MeinMMO explains how they work.
Currently, the last challenge in Bungie’s latest legacy raid “Kingsfall” is active. Those who master it have not only a title in sight. In the basic version of the raid, players receive an additional loot chest for completing one of the raid challenges, allowing them to receive double rewards. So, more of the prestigious weapons and armor for everyone.
What is a raid challenge? The so-called challenges in the raids of Destiny 2 are additional tasks that players can tackle in the PvE endgame.
Specifically, the challenges restrict your normal, accustomed play style in a special way. Depending on which challenge is currently active, you have to coordinate differently to master it in the end.
Every week a different challenge is active, and it usually only takes place in a specific raid encounter or phase. MeinMMO will inform you on Tuesdays in the weekly Weekly Reset about which challenge it is and where it takes place.
In the raid “Kingsfall”, there are a total of five such encounters – the jumping passages are excluded from the challenges. They rotate weekly, but not in random order.
