In Destiny 2: Forsaken, clans can take on weekly raid challenges. We explain how to master the challenge “Endless Battle”.
If you are a member of a clan, there is an additional opportunity for you to acquire Powerful gear in Forsaken. Hawthorne offers weekly bounties at the Tower that can only be tackled by clans. The goal of these Clan Bounties is to complete certain challenges in the raid.
The Endless Battle – What you need to do for the challenge
This is included in the new bounty for clans: Currently, clans have the raid challenge “Endless Battle” available. To master this challenge, you must successfully complete the weekly bounty of the same name from Hawthorne. This sends you into the Forsaken raid Last Wish, so you will need a group.

These are the requirements for the bounty:
- You must be a member of a clan. Solo players cannot take on this specific bounty.
- Your clan must be at least level 4. Otherwise, you will not be able to accept the bounty.
- A power level of around 550 is recommended.
This is how the Endless Battle works: The challenge is quickly explained. First, accept the corresponding bounty from Hawthorne with your team members. Now it’s time to go into the raid Last Wish.
There you need to reach the third boss Morgeth, the Pillar Guardian – a giant ogre. You can refer to our detailed Raid Guide for Last Wish for how to get there and the basic mechanics for the boss fight. However, you can also shorten the path to this boss by entering the code for the 5th wish at the Wall of Wishes.

Once at Morgeth, a multitude of adds and four smaller ogres will spawn at the sides of the arena. Two of them will then move towards the center of the arena.
The challenge is to defeat Morgeth in this encounter without killing the four smaller ogres. So focus on the smaller enemies and take them out. Stick to the mechanics from the raid guide and try to injure the ogres as little as possible and definitely not to kill them. You can neglect the boss for now.
During the fight, Morgeth’s back will swell, forming a large sack. When this glows a bright blue, it’s time to strike, the damage phase begins. From this point on, focus on the sack until the damage phase is over or you have taken down the boss.
If Morgeth is defeated and the four smaller ogres have survived, you have successfully completed the challenge.
